Goals of KROUFR:
- coordination of participants of global financial markets and ensuring the terms for their activity;
- facilitation in mitigation of risks carried by participants of global financial markets;
- elaboration and facilitation in the introduction of rules and standards for operations conducted on global financial markets including principles of business ethics, fair competition, dispute settlement between participants of global financial markets;
- establishing of the insurance fund for clients of the dealing centers - members of KROUFR;
- facilitation in the improvement of performance of participants of global financial markets;
- assistance in the improvement of legal and regulatory framework of global financial markets;
- information and analytical support of the services and principles of operation on global financial markets;
- research of the tendencies and outlook for global financial markets, introduction of new technologies.

- Settlement of issues and disputes arising among participants of global financial markets;
- Certification of participants of global financial markets;
- Ensuring implementation of liabilities by certified participants of global financial markets;
- Advertising and information activity.
